Focus: Addressing resistance, lethargy, and subconscious patterns keeping you stuck.
Yoga: Grounding Hatha & Yin yoga to awaken the body.
Breathwork: Kapalabhati (Skull Shining) & Agnisara Kriya to break through heaviness.
Meditation: Body scanning & self-awareness practices.
Self-Inquiry: Recognizing unconscious behaviors & emotional triggers.

Breathwork: Ujjayi Breath & Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) to regulate energy.

Self-Inquiry: Understanding impulsivity & shifting from reaction to response.

Our Yoga and Addiction Recovery Coaching combines the wisdom of yoga with evidence-based recovery practices to support your journey toward healing and wholeness. Through personalized sessions, we focus on balancing the mind, body, and spirit using pranayama (breath work), mindfulness, meditation, mindset practices, self-inquiry, and balancing the Three Gunas. We also incorporate restorative yoga such as Yin Yoga, as well as Hatha to build strength, stability, and tapas (heat and self-discipline). This service is designed to help you address the root causes of addiction, release trauma, and cultivate inner resilience. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space for self-discovery, empowering you to build healthier habits and embrace lasting recovery with clarity and confidence.
